The 3-piece back, binding neck, and volute-less head are characteristic of the look of a Martin from the 60’s. The slight difference in bracing size can make such a big difference in sound quality between a D-28 and a D-28.
The sound is not too heavy and is quite light for a rosewood tonewood, making it fun to play chord strokes all the time.

In terms of condition, the neck heel is missing.
There are other signs of use such as minor scratches and dents overall, but they are not unpleasant and give the impression that the instrument has been treated well and carefully.
