Cosmetic Condition: The bass shows normal wear for its age; the finish is glossy with consistent weather checking and some hazy spots throughout the body and neck. There are multiple small dings along the front and back edges of the body, and the back of the body shows moderate buckle rash and additional finish checking. There are two small gouges on the back of the neck at the first fret which do not impact playability. The headstock face has additional checking, hazing, and wear along the edges.
Serial Number: 322907
Tech Notes: Plays well with moderately low action. The neck has a small twist resulting in a slight S-curve on the bass side and extra relief on the treble side, but the bass has been set up to accommodate this condition and plays cleanly. The location and adjustability of the bridge also causes the E and A strings to intonate slightly flat as well. The frets are wide and fairly low with light wear. The serial number and pot codes both date to 1965.
